Q: Does FRAC only test food samples?

A: No, FRAC provides all services related to food and beverage industries, including Research, Development, Training etc. We believe environment is also an important area that affects food industry, therefore we conduct environment testing as well.

Q: Are there any branches of FRAC?

A: We give importance to confidentiality and observe high integrity among our personnel, hence the testing facility is consolidated at Dwarka, Delhi, having an area of more than 25,000 sq. ft. Though, we have sample collection facilities available across the country.

Q: If the lab is situated in Delhi, how will you be collecting the samples from our state?

A: We offer sampling services across India. The samples take minimum time to reach our premises and our maintained at proper temperature and environmental conditions during transit.

Q: Are there any sampling charges?

A: Yes, sampling charges are based on the location from where the sampling has to be done.

Q: What is the Turn Around Time (TAT)?

A: TAT depends upon the number of samples and type of testing required. Our quotations will always mention expected TAT for your samples.

Q: Is FRAC NABL (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) accredited?

A: Yes, our current certificate number is TC-5275

Q: Is FRAC BIS approved?

A: Yes

Q: Is FRAC FSSAI recognized?

Q: Does FRAC provide consultancy for setting up In- House labs?

A: Yes, FRAC does provide such services. Further, we provide technically competent persons for daily operations

A: Yes, however a hard copy of the report is always made available.

Q: Do you provide reports on urgent basis?

A: Yes, but depending upon sample load in the lab we may charge differently

Q: What is the reliability/authenticity of the test reports?

A: All samples are tested by competent personnel and further the reports are verified twice before being issued. The processes involved are in line with ISO 17025:2017

Q: Are there any additional charges for duplicate reports or maintaining data for customers?

A: Yes, we charge a minimal of INR 200/- to discourage wastage of paper and do our bit in being environmental friendly

Q: How would I understand the report issued by FRAC?

A: The terminology used in our reports is as per industry norms and if required we welcome interactions between our customers and our technical experts for any clarifications

Q: If I want to get a food sample tested, how can you assist?

A: We have a dedicated team of marketers and sales persons who would help you through the process of getting the samples tested

Q: What all equipment/ facilities/infrastructure do you have?

A: We use latest and most accurate instruments available in the industry to test your samples. The persons conducting tests are segregated across divisions based on the type of testing required

A: There is no discrimination in our customers whether you require a single or multiple samples to be tested, all the samples go through similar quality procedures and reliable results are ensured
